How to Get to Shadowood Lodge - Lodging Near Yellowstone National Park
The nearest major airport located near Shadowood is Bozeman Montana (KBZN), and is served by the following airlines: United, NWA, Delta, Frontier, and Horizon. Bozeman is approximately 75 minutes away. For planning purposes, attempt to route through Salt Lake City, Denver, Minneapolis or Seattle, as these cities offer the best direct flights into Bozeman. Once in Bozeman, most major rental car companies can assist you with a rental car. We strongly recommend a heavy duty vehicle if they are available.
Upon departing Bozeman's Gallatin Field, travel east on I-90 until exit 333 in Livingston. Exiting from I-90 take Montana Route 89 South and travel approx 38 miles south. Because Shadowood is located far away from the main road, we'll meet you at a predetermined location, and take you the final few miles to the Lodge. Shadowood is located on Rock Creek Road straight up the Road, but do not attempt to find us if you have never been here before. We'll have someone waiting for you at a predetermined time and spot. We don't want you getting lost before you arrive!
